UTOPIA2100 is a collective experiment between memory and future to imagine possible worlds.

Through testimonies and reflections, the show contrasts the anguish of catastrophe with the urgency of making an informed choice. Because building tomorrow is not only a necessity, but an act of responsibility. And you? What do you choose to save?

How does memory allow us to imagine possible futures? Can the imagination of a utopian future convey care for the past and the present? However far removed it may be from the wars and upheavals of our age, the Fersina Valley shares with the rest of the world a horizon of expectations that is preparing it to face disruptive social and environmental changes. Apocalyptic images increasingly pervade the narratives in books, films, and the media, in the face of which the memory of the past risks becoming a paralyzing and continuous warning of imminent mourning, an appeal to all that we will lose forever, something to regret that makes us go into the future burdened with a sense of helplessness and loss.
